Shipping policy

Shipping times:

Ready-to-ship armour pieces are shipped within 72h after the payment has gone through. 

Custom-Built armour will be shipped within 4 to 12 weeks depending on the project (which will be defined at the beginning of the project) and sent with a tracking number. 

Carriers: 

We are using the SwissPost for Switzerland, DHL and UPS for Europe and International locations.

Customs & duties for international orders:

The item prices DO NOT include customs & duties for international orders. Customers must pay any additional custom fees at arrival based on their local tax. Please check your local government custom department to avoid any surprises. 

VAT: 

As a sole proprietorship, all prices are sole without VAT. This policy can change annually on Jan 1st, to abide by Switzerland laws. 

Lost & Damaged packages:

The Croissant Forge is not responsible for lost & damaged packages. If the goods are lost or damaged, the buyer can only contact the transport company to claim for damages.  You can usually purchase insurance with the carrier to cover the transported goods in case of loss or material damage.
